My Dog Got me In trouble

I'm a Florida Car Accident lawyer. I know the law, and I know it well. I should have known better than to have my overly aggressive Dalmatian on the trail without a leash. It may be different then what I experienced as a product liability law attorney, but liability is liability and I should have known that this was going to help someone make money. I hate lawsuits.
